Etisalat has launched new intelligent software called eSupport. It identifies the common connectivity problems and automatically resolves them.

 

The eSupport software helps customers’ computer to become self – repairing device to solve basic connectivity problems. The program monitors and rectifies issues involving changing network settings, fixed IP addresses, and incorrect proxy server settings.  E-Support reduce human dependency and efficient for both customers and organizations.

It is downloadable for free from www.etisalat.ae/eSupport and enables customers to get to the root cause of connectivity issues without any need for long and complicated diagnostics and trouble shooting procedure.
